If you have been using Overdrive, please note that this service will be discontinued on May 1, 2017. Don’t fret; ALL our Overdrive titles are available to checkout from the cloudLibrary. Download cloudLibrary now and get set up for a new quick and simple way to explore new titles.  CloudLibrary expects to transfer audio books on May 15th, so titles should be ready for check out on Tuesday May 16th.
enkieBooks.png Enki is a shared open source eBook Network that allows California libraries to own and store eBooks for access by library patrons. The eBooks available through Enki are primarily titles published by indie publishers. Through the Enki Library, patrons can checkout and download up to 20 eBooks at a time.

This is a collection of links to websites that offer free downloads of eMedia.  You will not need your Library card to access these collections.  A variety of devices may be compatible on the sites, so read the FAQs they offer to see if your device will work.
The University of California Press e-books collection holds books published by UCP (and a select few printed by other academic presses) between 1982-2004. The general public currently has access to 770 non-fiction books through this initiative. The collection is dynamic, with new titles being added over time.
