Starfall.com is a free website which offers games, interactive activities, and printable resources for children learning to read with phonics.

LeadingtoReading.org is produced by Reading is Fundamental and offers online games and interactive activities that encourage reading.  This site is available in English or Spanish.

LiteracyCenter.net offers free educational materials to pre-school aged children in four different languages.  No registration is required.

Literactive.com is an online reading program which takes early learners on a journey of exploration and discovery.  All the material is free but registration is required.  ESL activities are included.
