How do I view the children's ebooks and videos in BookFLIX?


Step 1: Click on the BookFLIX link on the Library's website.

NOTE: BookFLIX cannot be bookmarked or directly accessed! Scholastic requires users to click on the BookFLIX link on the Library's website. Titles cannot be downloaded, each is accessed through the Internet and streamed to your device.

How do I download BookFLIX titles?
BookFLIX is a streaming service, eBooks and videos cannot be downloaded.

I bookmarked BookFLIX, but it doesn't work.
Scholastic requires library users to access the collection by first visiting the Library's website and clicking on the link there. The public cannot bookmark or directly link to the collection.

The books and videos have stopped working.
Please check your Internet connection. BookFLIX is a streaming service and requires an active Internet connection to function properly.

How do I download & install the cloudLibrary™ app on my Android device?


Step 1: Download & install the cloudLibrary™ app from the Google Play store or at www.yourcloudLibrary.com.
 
Step 2: Set up the App by clicking on the app icon on your 
cloudLibrary_App_Icon_100x100.png device. This will open up the app to the login screen.
a. Choose the United States;
b. Choose California;
c. Choose Corona Public Library;
d. Enter your 14-digit library card number.
 
Step 3: Browse or Search for an eBook or audiobook. When you find a title, click on the book cover.
          
♦ Select the Borrow button to download the title;
♦ If there is a blue Place Hold button, then the title is not currently available. You can add your name to the waiting list by selecting Place Hold.

a. Go to the Settings Menu by tapping the settings icon;
b. Choose Security or Device;
c. Turn on the option Allow Apps from Unknown Sources;
d. You will get a warning message, click OK;
e. Go back to the Home Screen.

  Option 2:
a. Swipe down the screen, to pull up the Quick Settings;
b. Tap More;
c. Choose Settings then Device or Applications;
d. Tap on Allow Installation of Applications from Unknown Sources;
e. Go back to the Home Screen.

Step 2: Download & install the cloudLibrary™ app from the Amazon Appstore or at www.yourcloudLibrary.com.

Early return option can be found under My Books.
a. Click on the 3 blue lines on the top left of the app;
b. Select My Books;
c. Select Return from the menu;
d. Select the red Return button;
e. Click on Yes to confirm the return.

Step 1. Install the Bluefire Reader App 

  • Go to the Bluefire Reader website on your Windows 7, 8, or 10 device;

  • Under Download Bluefire Reader, select the Windows option;

  • Tap the Save File button;

  • In your Downloads Folder or the Downloads Bar, select the installer;

  • On the Installshield Wizard for Bluefire Reader, select Next;

  • Read through and accept the End User License Agreement;

  • Select Next;

  • On the Ready to Install Program window, select Install;

  • Once installation is complete, you’ll be prompted to exit the Installer, select Finish.

 
Step 2.  Search & Download an eBook from Enki

  • Using the Internet browser on your device go to our Enki Library at cpl.enkilibrary.org;

  • Search by title, author or keyword for an eBook. If a copy is available click Checkout, if it is not available select Place Hold;

How do I download Enki eBooks to my Windows PC (XP, Vista) or RT device?


Step 1. Install Adobe Digital Editions (ADE)

  • Go to the Adobe website at https://www.adobe.com & download ADE for free;

  • Return to the START screen & tap the Desktop icon. This should open the InstallShield Wizard. Follow the prompts. If asked to install Norton Internet Security, uncheck the box;

  • When installation has completed, tap the ADE icon on the toolbar on your desktop to open the program;

  • If prompted, register for a free Adobe ID account. If you  already have an Adobe ID, then authorize your device. If you are not automatically prompted to enter your Adobe ID, click Help & Authorize Computer.

 

Step 2.  Search & Download an eBook from Enki

  • Using the Internet browser on your device go to our Enki Library at cpl.enkilibrary.org;

  • Search by title, author or keyword for an eBook. If a copy is available click Checkout, if it is not available select Place Hold;
